My experience was perfect with Willard Garage! Customer service was top notch. I was able to make a next day appointment, the mechanic called me with what my car needed, he shared pricing with me and then my car was ready to be picked up in no time! I thought the pricing was very fair, too. I usually like to work on my car myself to save money, but I will definitely going back again because Willard Garage is worth it!
A friend recommended Willard's for a front end rattle in my Honda Accord. I called at 10am and they were able to fit it in the same day. My husband riode with Brian to point out the noise, and was dropped off at our house while Brian took a look at the car. It was done around an hour later. Brian was upfront that after he had tightened some things, looked around and fixed a couple other things he hadn't found the exact cause of the rattle. He gave us some recommendations and said if at some point we wanted to bring it back in and have them dig in a lot further for the cause they would be happy to. The really nice surprise was there was no charge for the inspection and items he had fixed today. I sincerely appreciate the work that he did to assure me the rattle does not appear to be major mechanical issues, the small repairs he made at no charge, the professional manner in which he provided me information on more in depth options, the timely service, and how nice Brian & Peggy were to work with and easy to talk to. I will definitely return for any work on our vehicles in the future.
Easily the best experience I've had with auto repair. Fair prices with honest service. Brian is great at communicating to find the problem and make sure expectations are exceeded! It really doesn't get better.
Have been looking for a while for a great garage that I could trust, and I have found it. The mechanic who did our work explained things excellently, repairs where affordable and done super fast! I don't recommend this place and will be using them for all of our repair needs!
