Quick lane??? 2 hrs for a oil change, what a joke!
I've gotten the works package here many times. The most recent time, I ran out of super fluid within a week. (Aka it wasn't refilled) The previous time, my power steering fluid ran low within a month of being in. Yesterday I sat on the lot for an hour and a half after the guy told me it's be an hour. Finally, I had someone take me home. Two and a half hours after drop off, I got the text my car had been started. I keep going back because of the location. I would love to make an appointment, get in and get out. If you call the service center to schedule a works package, they treat you like you're insane. "You know you offer quick service, right?" Yes. Yes I do. I also know I hate playing musical car seats every time I need an oil change.
I had a great experience getting my car serviced here. Very professional staff and clean lobby room. I was able to get in right away. They explained the entire inspection and what they did. They absolutely did not try to push any additional charges or services on me. This will be my new place get to my services done for now on!!!
