We decided to remodel our bathroom and we like to try to do everything ourself, however it doesn't always work out as planned. While my husband was trying to change out our old faucet with a new one, he busted a pipe, resulting in water spraying everywhere and pouring into our basement. We called Mark at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday and he was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very friendly and did a great job fixing our little mishap. He offers EXTREMELY reasonable rates and finishes the job quickly and efficiently. If we ever have another plumbing issue, we definitely will be calling Mark again!
I live in Waukee, I'm not a friend of Mark's nor a robot; just a regular guy. (If you're like me, you assume 99% of reviews are BS.) Seeing the stellar reviews, I was skeptical. But I had a plugged kitchen sink. I could only run the water for a matter of seconds before it would be already backed up in the sink.
I called Mark, he returned my initial call in (not an exaggeration) under 1 minute. I told him my problem, and he said he would be out within a few hours (I was hoping I'd be able to get help this week- a few hours? AWESOME!) I told him where I was located, and he said "I just finished a job right by there, I'll be there in 20 minutes." 15 minutes later, Mark pulled up and got right to work. He was pleasant, quick, and did the job right. My sink works great now and I no longer have a mountain of dishes making my kitchen disgusting. Thanks Mark for being awesome!

Quit wasting your time searching for a plumber-Mark is your guy. You will not find a nicer plumber for a better price! I don't ever post reviews but after the experience and service I just received it is well deserved. I called Mark on a Sunday afternoon to help install our shower faucet after a failed DIY project ended in me breaking some copper pipes. Mark came within two hours and spent his whole Sunday fixing my problem since it turned into a much bigger task than expected. Because there wasn't a good access to the piping, Mark spent hours in a basically 3X3 box and didn't even complain. He was super positive and upbeat the entire time and even came back the next day to perfect things and check up. When it was all said and done I was getting pretty nervous about the bill as I know he worked his a$$ off and to my surprise the cost was extremely fair. I definitely know who I will be calling anytime I need plumbing assistance and recommend him all around! You won't be disappointed.
