I have been shipping with Express for sometime, start was good and then the high prices creep in, agent Calvin Muelhaupt who works for them always has an answer for all rate hikes like we are idiots, if its not the weight then its the class or vice versa or hundreds of other excuses he pulls from his hat. This week I booked a Truckload through them, from Spartanburg SC to Atlanta, Ga my stuff ends up being transferred from one trailer to another causing a lot of items to be damaged and guess what somebody got into my stuff and helped themselves and my delivery shows up with somebody else stuff inside it, why is my Truckload carrying somebody else goods? Calvin had the answer ' I don't know why' and it was not his problem.
All in all be careful of this company, after having shipped with them for so long the least you expect is they take care of their customers but all they care for is how to line their pockets.
This is an Outstanding Company, with Outstanding People. I have used them for years and would highly recommend them to others.
