At first I was not impressed. In fact, I was downright appalled by how terrible the food was...however, it has really turned around. My food is always hot and fresh, and I couldn't ask for a better pizza. Thanks for improving.
Horrible. Said delivery would take 55 minutes after 1 hour 40 minutes I called and lady said driver tried to deliver to apartment but couldn't reach me. I asked how that was possible and she said the driver couldn't afford a cell phone because he only gets $6.00/hr. She then was extremely rude to me and our conversation carried on for over 8 minutes. I will never order or go to a pizza hut for the remainder of my life.
Well played Pizza Hut , well played. "$7.99 large delivery special", is in fact a $15.00 pizza including a $2.99 delivery fee and obligatory tip for the driver (not their fault). Took an hour and ten minutes to arrive but whats sad is that they are 2 blocks down the street. I sure wished I had taken the time to look at previous reviews.
Good staff, good food, great prices
We love Pizza Hut, but from now on we order Papa Johns. The quality of food here is awful. Messy pizzas, cheese falling off the pizza, sometimes slices are cut lazily or not at all. One time they messed up our order. We called to have them fix it. Waited another 45 mins and the 2nd pizza they delivered was wrong too. Ended up throwing them both in the trash. Seriously, how do you mess up pizza? I'm not asking for a gourmet meal, just follow basic instructions.
