Fantastic store! Friendly staff. I love that I can get Sears quality products while supporting a local owner! Highly recommended!
We ended up buying about $4,000 worth of appliances for our new home at Lowes instead. I don't think we'll ever buy anything from Sears again and it's a real shame because they used to be a great company. Now I'm glad I sold my stocks.

I'm giving 2 stars because like I said, the guy was nice enough and I put him in a hard place. I'd give Sears itself a negative 1 star because I just don't see how they're going to make it.
Sears lost probably tens of thousands of dollars from me over my lifetime over a $200 lawn mower; a real shame.
I pleaded with this hometown store to just refund my money and they ultimately decided to not give me a refund because my lawn mower has "been repaired". Store owner is a nice enough guy, but he really fell short in customer service.
Everytime I need to order from Sears this is were I go. My last 5 big purchased have been thru them. Great prices and great service. The people make the place and they have great people.
Rented a truck here for a local move. The folks working were extremely helpful and pleasant. Great experience. Looks like they have a nice selection of tools and similar products as well.
Bought a lawn mower that ran 6 times. It's been in the shop for over 3 months in total. Asked for a refund. Sears had me on hold for 120 minutes and hung up on me a few times; even pretended like they couldn't hear me. Really sad.
