I go to Fareway because I can always find what I need. The people are friendly and get to know you when you walk into the store. A small town store that is in the middle of a growing suburb. Thank you to the employees of our Waukee grocery!!
Great people, best prices and close to home. My family loves Fareway. You can't get better meat anywhere else!!!
This is probably one of the nicest Fareway locations in the metro area that I have been to visit. Well lit, store is super clean and the employees did a great job.
Smaller store that has all the basics. Downside for some is that they don't carry the variety of major brands as larger stores. They do have some major bands as well as their own. Meat department has carried a reputation for quality meats, they will custom cut meats on site. Purchases from floral department have never thrived for me, look great but I would skip it and pay more elsewhere. Produce is what you would expect. No on site bakery, but goods are offered. Prices are competitive coupons
accepted. Truth is, I am drawn to the friendly competition, for me, it's worth it.
I love Fareway. They have the best meats and a nice small town atmosphere. I can get everything I need in about 30 mins. And they are cheaper than Hy-Vee, Wal-Mart or Target.
