A great group of friendly professionals who were able to quickly diagnose and repair a F350 wiring issue with a trailer connection (the previous truck owner jury-rigged a connector that was failing). With their help I was able to quickly get my new to me trailer back on the road. I definitely recommend stopping in for their help!

I received an email from Stivers which mentioned my make/model car by name. The email had a coupon for a $39 oil change, tire rotation, and fluid top off. This coupon is the sole reason I chose Stivers. When my car was done being serviced I received a bill for $73, even after using the coupon. The manager told me it was because my Honda Pilot required "a special kind of oil." Not a single person mentioned this to me prior to my service, or I would have gone elsewhere for my oil change. One would assume when receiving an email specifically for this make and model that the establishment would honor the price quoted in the coupon they sent to me. Unfortunately, this was a classic case of "bait and switch." This method of marketing is UNETHICAL, DISHONEST, and FRAUDULENT. Under no circumstances will I ever recommend Stivers Service Department.
I purchased a 2010 Nissan Armada at Stivers Ford. The sales experience was quick and we came to an agreement without difficulty. Going through financing was also very speedy and we were able to get out with our new vehicle within an hour and a half or so. William was a great help as were his colleagues. An issue came up the day after purchase, but the sales manager handled everything very quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely work with Stivers again.
Everyone at Stivers is extremely pleasant and go out of their way to attend to the needs of the customer. I've purchased four vehicles here. I especially LOVE my Salesman, Jeff Nelmark who I've had the pleasure of dealing with on every vehicle. He values his customers and I hear from him numerous times a year to assure that everything is fine not only with our cars but personally as well.
